An Interior Decorator is trained to make sure everything works harmoniously together within that space and makes sure each piece comes together balanced and complimenting each other. They will take into account the way the light comes into the room and also how you will use the space. They can help you achieve a room that reflects your true personality and how you like to live, whilst maintaining full functionality and making it awesome looking, of course!

Why should you Stage your Home when selling?

You should never underestimate the value you can add to your home by Staging if for sale.  By styling your home to sell you are creating a neutral space that not only feels inviting but enables the buyer to connect with that space and picture themselves living there.  When I say neutral I don’t mean boring either! I mean a space that the majority of people ( potential buyers ) can connect with.  By removing personal items you are making the space neutral.  Then by adding ‘interesting’ and eye catching pieces it encourages an unconscious connection that the potential buyer can’t control. Then BAM! They are in love! Furniture placement is important also.  When a room has the correct furniture configuration it will shine.
